		<description>Marvin - true, CP+B has 920 employees, which is amazing considering it was just 500-600 a few years ago.  I have a ton of respect for Wieden as one of the most talented agencies in the world, but Crispin (CP+B) is admirable as well - they have a totally different approach than Wieden.
