InnoTech Brings President Obama Strategist to Portland
Apr 08 2009
Portland, Oregon is a long way from Washington D.C. So, we should be psyched about playing host to the New Media Strategist, Rahaf Harfoush. She led arguably the social media strategy for the best online campaign implementation of any major politician in the history of politics (love the drama of that sentence even though politicians have really only used the web significantly in the past 4 years). Harfoush is the keynote speaker at InnoTech Portland:

Hi!
I’m so glad you enjoyed my speech, I had a great time in Portland. I just wanted to clarify that I wasn’t the one leading the New Media team for Obama (that was Joe Rospars) I was a volunteer who happened to be a new media strategist that observed, absorbed and learned an incredible amount of information from the talented team.

Rahaf,
Thanks for the clarification. Regardless if you were the lead or volunteer, you rocked the keynote with great stories and social media tips that were super relevant to all of us in the audience. Nicely done.
