I like to tip my hat every once in a while to Diesel as they change everything up on the site and in emails soooo often. This take a lot of work and I really can’t understand how they do it. I mean they must have an army of small Italian hands craking away on code at all hours of the day and night.

One thing that I need to call out though is the fact they they are never Can Spam compliant. They have the unsubscribe link in the footer and a valid email address, but they never show a valid postal address. I mean 2 out of 3 is good, but not great. Donatello, tell me where to send my letter PAR Avion to tell you to take me off the list. Other than that I can’t wait to see the influx of Camo in HIGH fashion once again this year.

I love that this email shows at the footer a large call out claming it to be CanSpam complaint. If this is a not a red flag, what is? I mean if I tell you something on the internet, it is true right?

Who doesn’t like an Oreo now and then. And to get these offeres to win a year’s supply from someone I have no clue about makes me wonder what is in that creme filled center.

At least they are CanSPAM complaint with a mailing address, and remove me feature.

But why the small type bait and switch? Don’t Tease me with Food, I want me some Cookies!
